Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At Lushivana, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You may refuse to accept the delivery at the time of arrival if you no longer wish to receive the order.

Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel your order or refuse delivery, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Customer Support

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 8–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product received is expired.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • A return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve claims quickly, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This video may be required to validate claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

After Delivery

  • Once the order has been successfully delivered, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect as described above.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

If you experience any unusual issue with your order, please contact our customer support team immediately upon delivery. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, device displays, or operating systems.
